Q: How is this different from Jumpstart?

A: The Jumpstart is your 'sprint'. It’s where we focus on the initial metabolic reset and fat loss. Forever Fit is your 'marathon.' The focus shifts from losing weight to metabolic autonomy. We move away from the 'deficit mindset' and teach you how to maintain your physique while increasing your calories, mastering social freedom, and managing long-term hormonal health.

Q: Do I have to track my macros forever?

A: Not necessarily. While we use data to stay on track, the goal of Forever Fit is to move you toward Intuitive Eating with a Safety Net. We teach you how to eye-ball portions and navigate restaurant menus with confidence, only returning to precision tracking when you choose to enter a specific 'cut' or performance phase.

Q: Can I still lose weight in Forever Fit, or is it only for maintenance?

A: You absolutely can. Many members choose to stay in Forever Fit because they have more weight to lose but want to do it sustainably. In this program, we toggle between 'Maintenance Phases' (to keep your metabolism healthy) and 'Fat Loss Phases' (to reach your goal), ensuring you never plateau or burn out.

Q: Is there a long-term commitment or contract?

A: I believe you should stay because you’re seeing value, not because you’re locked in. Forever Fit is a month-to-month membership. You can stay for a season or stay for years (as many of our graduates do!). You have the freedom to cancel at any time, though most women find the clinical accountability indispensable for staying on track.

Q: What if I have a vacation or a busy season coming up?

A: That is exactly why Forever Fit exists! Most people 'fall off the wagon' during vacations. In this program, we provide specific Travel & Holiday Blueprints. Instead of throwing in the towel, I help you navigate those seasons with a nurse-backed plan so you can enjoy your life without the scale ever creeping back up.

Q: Will I get new workouts and recipes?

A: You will receive brand new strength training phases every 4 weeks to keep your metabolism challenged and your body getting stronger. While we don't release new recipes monthly, you will retain full, ongoing access to our Hormone-Friendly Recipe Library, giving you hundreds of macro-balanced meals to choose from so you never have to guess what’s for dinner
