A: Yes. While hormones play a role, managing your Nutrition Cycling and insulin sensitivity through strategic macros is the key to shedding midlife weight. We focus on building a resilient metabolism that works for your body's new season.

A: In the Jumpstart, we prioritize 30-minute strength training phases. Building lean muscle is the most effective way to burn fat at rest and improve bone density, which is critical for women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond.

Q: How much time do I need to commit to the Jumpstart program each day?

A: The program is designed for busy, on-the-go women. You’ll need about 5 minutes a day for macro tracking and 30 minutes, 3–4 times a week, for our strategic strength phases. Our weekly 'Education Labs' are 45 minutes, but they are always recorded if you can’t make it live.

Q: What kind of results can I realistically expect in 8 weeks?

A: While every body is unique, most women in the Jumpstart lose between 8–15 lbs and significant inches. More importantly, you can expect a total shift in your energy levels, better sleep, and the confidence of knowing exactly how to fuel your body for life.

Q: Do I need a gym membership or special equipment for the workouts?

A: Not necessarily! Our Exercise Protocol phases can be done in a gym or at home with a set of dumbbells. We focus on effective, functional movements that build lean muscle regardless of your setting.

Q: What is the refund policy for the Jumpstart program?

A: Because this is a high-level coaching program with immediate access to custom digital blueprints and proprietary curriculum, we do not offer refunds. We are looking for women who are 100% committed to their transformation. If you show up and do the work, the system works.
